Jordan M. Garelick, MD

Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Jordan M. Garelick has been in practice with Mid Island Eye since 2004, specializing in cataract surgery. Dr. Garelick utilizes the latest techniques in cataract surgery and offers patients premium lens technology.

Dr. Garelick received his medical degree from the SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine, and completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Winthrop University Hospital. Dr. Garelick then completed his residency training in Ophthalmology through the New York Medical College at Westchester Medical Center. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan.

inquiries but can sometimes be reports of potential misconduct. Our investigatory process includes many methods to
determine whether any misconduct occurred. Compliance takes all calls seriously. Inquiries are reviewed by the
Compliance Officer and may also be reviewed by other applicable departments.
The Center’s Compliance HelpLine is available 24 hours a day, even days a week. Compliance HelpLine callers may
remain anonymous and those who choose to give their name will have their identities protected to the extent allowed
by law. The Compliance HelpLine has multi-lingual operators who can take reports from individuals whose first
